What is included in the $650 mould assessment?
Our Certified Industrial Hygienist provides a full evaluation, which includes:
- On-site inspection of key areas with visible or suspected mould
- Air sampling for airborne mould spores (usually 2–4 indoor samples + outdoor baseline)
- Infrared thermal imaging to identify hidden moisture
- Moisture meter testing on walls, ceilings, or floors
- Lab analysis from an accredited microbiology lab
- Written report with findings, lab results, and professional recommendations (delivered within 5–7 business days)
How long does the inspection take?
Inspections typically take 1 to 2 hours depending on the size and layout of your property.
Do I need to leave my home during the inspection?
No — the assessment is non-invasive. We can perform all testing while you remain comfortably at home.
Do you test for black mould?
Yes. Our lab analysis can detect all mould types — including Stachybotrys chartarum, often referred to as black mould. We identify spores by genus and assess their levels relative to health and safety guidelines.
